Stephen R. Kovarcik

Stephen received his Culinary Arts and Food Service Management Degree from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. He has worked as Head Chef for Wyndham Hotels throughout the country. He has experience in fine and casual themed restaurants, and in universities. Steve was an Instructor for Viking University, Le Gourmet and Shoprite stores. In addition to creating menu items, catering private events and teaching classes, Stephen was a chef instructor professor at Hudson County Community College.
